Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were delivered. This ensures that the item can be restocked and made available for other customers. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the steps and provide instructions on how to send the product back. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it carefully. Once the inspection is complete, we will send you an email to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment you used at checkout. For orders placed with cash-on-delivery, we will arrange a suitable alternative refund method, such as a bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds will cover the cost of the returned product(s) only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers remain responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may prefer an exchange instead of a refund. If you have received a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
